    Somtam



    Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )


    • 150g kulit tembikai
    • 1/3 batang lobak merah
    • 2-3 batang kacang panjang
    • 3 sudu besar udang kering
    • [ Bahan untuk dressing ]
    • 2 ulas bawang putih
    • 10-15 biji peanut
    • 2-3 sudu besar nam pla (sos ikan)
    • 1 biji lemon- ambik jusnya
    • 1-2 batang cili padi
    • 1 sudu besar gula
    • tomato ceri


    Cara-cara


    1. Buang kulit hijau tembikai. Potong halus memanjang atau sagat memanjang. Sama juga dengan lobak merah.
    2. Potong kacang tanah lebih kurang 3-4cm. Rebus sekejap.
    3. Sediakan dressing. Masukkan bawang putih dan cili padi ke dalam lesung. Gesek-gesekkan dengan anak lesung. Tak payah tumbuk.. biar pecah2 sedikit saja. kemudian masukkan semua bahan-bahan lain.
    4. Pastu gaullah dengan kulit tembikai, kacang panjang dan lobak merah yang dipotong tadi. Masukkan juga tomato ceri.
    5. Siap untuk dimakan. Lagi sedap jika disimpan dalam peti ais selama setengah hari sebelum dimakan.
    6. NOTE - ****Resepi ni sesuai juga utk gantikan kulit tembikai dengan mempelam atau betik.***
