    CS selalu kena carut

    Salam semua,

    Adik aku kerja sebagai customer service untuk ada lah syarikat kat malaysia ni..

    Dia kerja kat KL, dan kalau dia balik rumah je mesti nampak dia sedih je... Bila tanya dia cakap sedih sebab ramai customer selalu marah2 ngan carut kat dia...

    Memang orang kerja CS ni kena hadam benda ni yek? Manusia sekarang tak boleh ke baik sikit? Dah la bulan puasa pon ada orang macam ni ke? kesian kat dia dan budak2 yang kerja CS nii

    kesiannya, cs kan kena layan ramai karenah pelanggan. kalau jenis customer yang tak faham dan tak sabar memang selalu marah dan tak faham perasaan orang lain.

    sebab tu la kita kena start jadi a better nitizen dulu baru lama2 org akan sedar

    bukan senang sebenarnya jaga CS ni.. so kalau orang lain ckp kerja tu berbaloi dia mmg tabah la..

    its self explanatory really... CS yang selalu kena tibai dgn consumer yang nak marah management. Biasanya dorang ni lah yang hati besar dan cuba nak solve problem consumer
