Masalah yang dapat dilihat ialah:
- MAC Address tidak ditemui
- Subnet Mask yang salah
- Tiada IPv4
Cuba reset network adapter. Disconnect adapter dari connections, launch CMD as administrator, type command berikut diikuti Enter.
Code:netsh advfirewall resetCode:netsh branchcache resetCode:netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txtCode:netsh int ipv6 resetJika masih belum berhasil, press Win+R dan type -> ncpa.cpl <- press Enter. Right click pada Ethernet (yang bermasalah) > Properties. Lihat IPv4 protocol, adakah ianya masih ditandakan dan juga cuba uninstall dan reinstall.Code:netsh winsock reset
Jika masih buntu, cuba masukkan MAC Address secara manual. Masih pada Ethernet properties > Configure... > Advanced > Click pd Network Addess > tick pada kotak Value dan masukkan ID berikut -> 00137400E000 <- click OK.
Last jika masih tidak berjaya, cuba update driver untuk Atheros LAN card tersebut.
