    Red face Human resource / sumber manusia

    Memandangkan aku adalah junior yang berpengalaman mapan(lah sangat) dlm HR, aku nk share la exp dengan korang if ade sesape nk share prob pasal HR dorang/ade soklan etc. Sbb aku tgk, berdasarkan exp aku, ramais taff x tahu hak asa employee. Moh kite~~

    aku ada satu persoalan..

    mukadimah dia..

    kalau sorang staff tu gagal melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, atau melakukan sebarang kesalahan berkaitan yang boleh menjejaskan tugas atau organisasi tempat dia bekerja..

    soalan dia..

    bolehkah organisasi tersebut terus memecat staff tu tanpa sebarang surat peringatan atau tunjuk sebab?

    atau

    bolehkah organisasi tersebut meminta staff tu untuk resign tanpa sebarang surat peringatan atau tunjuk sebab?

    sekian, jazakallah...

    Jwpn dia boleh. Depends on kesalahan dia la..orang ckp ade Major n Minor misconduct. ie Kalo bro kerja kilang kimia, n kene tangkap merokok kt dlm kilang, itu dikira kesalahan besor tu. mmg direct termination la..

    kalao major misconduct, contohnye merosakkan harta benda Co, sexual harassment ke etc (kena refer handook Co, lain industry, lain isi nye) biasenye kena surat tunjuk sebab (SHow Cause Letter), then bg dlm 3-4 hari ms utk staff reply. If explanation tu satisfactory, case closed.

    biasenye kalau red handed salah, staff akan ngaku la. COMPANY YANG BAIK AKAN BG CHANCE STAFF DEFEND DIRI. under the context of Natural Justice. If explaination xstrong, staff akan diberi surat utk Siasatan Dalaman (Domestic Inquiry=DI) n ms ni mayb staff kene gantung kerja max 14 hari.

    DI ni ala2 mcm mahkamah la role dier, ade panel (odd number), Prosecuting Officer (PO), saksi n tertuduh.

    if pas DI ni , panel decide staff bsalah, br hukuman dikenakan. dari gantung tanpa gaji, turun pangkat, stoppage of increment n bonus sampai la ke termination.tgk budi bicara, prestasi kerja semasa n kesalahan yg dilakukan.

    if minor misconduct, mcm habitual latecoming ke, tidiness ke, biase nye ade 6 steps (or org HR panggil remedies) Co akan amek. dari verbal advise-written advise - verbal warning -written warning-stern warning-DI

    Hrp2 menjawablah persoalan bro Evil...ke tak?haha

    Bro Evil, tertinggal satu lagi, Co boleh suruh staff resign x? jwpn dia boleh. sbb if staff tu commit major misconduct, mcm isap dadah ke, sexual harassment ke, Co akan advise staff resign dari kene terminate..sbb if kena terminate ni susah nk dpt kj lain..biasenye Co akan buat reference check ngn previous Co..kang kalo kene check, dpt plak record kene terminate sebab sekian2, nak ke prospect tempat kj baru tu nk amek??>>hahahah..

    tp kalo suh resign sbb xsebulu ke, sbb xgeng ngn dier ke, itu mmg TIDAK BOLEH. boleh report.ngadu kt pejabat buruh / Pejabat Perhubungan Industri under 'Constructive Dismissal' attempt.

    nak x nak dia terpaksa blah.. kesian member aku tu.. kes lama diungkit kembali... sebab "pentadbiran" baru.. bos baru ni yg suruh dia blah pun, dah macam2 citer aku dengar.. xper, Insyaallah, hak masing2 pasti akan dapat jugak...

    1. Dalam satu syarikat, berapa min dan max boleh amik pada cuti tahun?

    2. Apabila kita dapat tawaran kerja dalam sesuatu syarikat. dalam surat tawaran, dia nyata status kontrak selama 1 tahun mulai dari surat tawaran. cthnye mula 1/8/2011 hingga 30/7/2012. Apabila dah tamat kontrak, aderkah kita perlu p kerja? sedangkan surat sambungan kontrak tak dapat?
    Dalam satu tahun, kita dapat satu surat pengesahan jawatn pada 1/6/12.

    minta penjelasan dari TT
